Skill: Entry Level
Summary:
This is an entry level position for individuals with minimal skills in customer service. This position will include heavy training and supervision. Will be responsible for gaining new clients through attending business mixers, phones, fax, e-mails, as well as replying to leads provided to you by lead generators. In this position you will not be given any existing customers and are responsible for building your own customer base. You will be trained how to utilize our invoicing, customer management software, and inner office communications.
Requirements:
Must be professional in appearance and able to handle a wide range of customers. Must be responsible enough to manage all payments. Must turn in weekly reports including production reports, invoices, event requests, etc. Must be articulate and a quick learner who is able to work in a busy and fast paced environment.
Benefits:
Benefits are offered as an HMS after successful completion of probationary period of not more than ninety days on a co-pay basis. Salaried employees are given 1 personal day per month accumulative for up to a year.
Pay:
Pay is salary after probationary period providing that employee meets minimum financial and performance goals. During probation pay is commission with an average commission payout of 25%.
