Executive Level Account Manager
Skill: 5+ Years Experience, Education, or Combination
Summary:
This position is for experienced business professionals. Individual will be responsible for gaining new accounts, managing existing accounts, and following up on potential customers provided by lead generators. Will be expected to contribute new business avenues on a monthly basis and assist in multiple aspects of company growth. This position will require attendance of chamber mixers, shows and events. Will be expected to handle all aspects of account management including invoicing, billing, follow ups, and regular reports turned into management.
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years combined sales, customer service, account management, and education experience. Must be computer proficient and able to turn in all paperwork within timelines specified by management as requested.
Preference:
Knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Firefox. Bilingual a plus. Current draw of potential customers a plus.
Benefits:
Benefits are offered as an HMS after successful completion of probationary period of not more than ninety days on a co-pay basis. Salaried employees are given 1 personal day per month accumulative for up to a year.
Pay:
Pay is salary after probationary period providing that employee meets minimum financial and performance goals. During probation pay is commission with an average commission payout of 25%.
