Lead Generators
Skill: Entry Level and Experienced
Summary:
Lead generators are responsible for contacting new and existing businesses to generate leads for account managers and executive account managers. Will involve heavy phones, faxing, email, etc.
Requirements:
Must be able to generate a minimum of ten leads per day on average and work in a fast paced environment. Will be responsible for coordinating with account managers, executive account managers, office managers and other lead generators to assure even distribution of leads between account managers. Must input each lead into customer management software and notify account managers of new leads. Must be friendly and articulate with ability to endure days of phone calls, e-mails, mailing, scheduling, and faxing.
Pay:
Pay is on a commission basis and is an equal split between the account manager or executive account manager and lead generator on first order.
Benefits:
SIA offers a co-pay medical HMS program after 90 day probationary period. Vacation is accumulated as one day per month after probation with pay of average daily salary.
