Step 1. Call our office where you will be given an account manager to discuss what you are looking for and the best options available.
Step 2. Place your order or come in for an initial marketing session. (all are on pre-pay basis)
Step 3. Provide content (text, any desired photos, etc.) to the designer along with any ideas or input. The designer will post initial draft on your personal approval web page to view from home. Time frame depends on order placed and timeliness of customer response. Your account manager will follow up with you throughout the process.
Step 4. When you are happy with the design, give FINAL APPROVAL using your approval web page. Most orders will be ready 7 to 10 business days from the date of final approval and payment.
Step 5. Pick up your completed order or upload your completed website. Your account manager will call you as soon as your materials are ready.
Need to re-order later? We keep all designs on file indefinitely. You won’t be charged another design fee just to change a name on a business card. |
